I am a compassionate and experienced licensed mental health counselor who has been dedicated to helping individuals navigate life's challenges since 2018. I'm a trained Gottman Therapist helping couples create greater meaning and connection in their relationships. While I previously worked with teens, young people, and women, my focus is currently geared toward helping couples and women. I offer a warm, empathetic approach to therapy, creating a safe space for my clients to heal and grow.
My academic journey began at the University of South Florida, where I laid the foundation for my understanding of human behavior and emotional well-being and earned a Bachelor of Arts & Sciences in Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Behavioral Healthcare. I continued my studies at Florida International University, earning a Master of Science in Psychology, which further equipped me with the skills and knowledge to support diverse populations through life's obstacles.
My professional career began at the Center for Children and Families at F.I.U., where I helped young clients develop emotional regulation skills and coping mechanisms. Building on my expertise with children, I transitioned into working with women and couples in a private practice focused on relationship dynamics, personal growth, and emotional wellness.
With a strong commitment to my client's well-being, I tailor my therapeutic approach to meet everyone’s unique needs, fostering meaningful change and helping them lead more fulfilling lives. My areas of expertise include anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and parenting.
I am passionate about creating a supportive environment where you will feel heard, understood, and empowered on your mental and emotional health journey.
